Tickets are non-refundable. Your QR code is exchanged for a wristband at the gate — wristbands (not the QR code) are what allow entry and re-entry for the rest of the day/weekend. Each ticket is valid for one admission scan only. The non-perishable food donation discount is available for in-person purchases at the gate only.
